Jim Allison

Jim started his brokerage career at Trammell Crow in 2003 working in the CBD Landlord Representation Group.  While with Trammell Crow, he focused on project leasing and worked on over 1.7 million square feet of Class A CBD projects, including 1001 Fourth Avenue, 720 Olive Way, Market Place Tower, Fifth & Pine and Millennium Tower. While a Transaction Manager at Trammell Crow, Jim was Vulcan’s third party leasing representative for their 60 acre, 200 Tenant, 2 million square foot portfolio in South Lake Union.  In 2007, Jim moved to Kinzer Real Estate Services as a Senior Vice President, focusing on major corporate clients such as Starbucks, Seattle Children’s Hospital, and the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation.  On behalf of Starbucks, Jim successfully completed over 330,000 SF of leasing in two years at 83 King and 505 First Avenue (EMC-Isilon, ING Sharebuilder, Nuance Communications, etc.) which led to working with Eastdil Secured on the disposition of these assets for $125M.  Jim joined Urbis Partners in 2012. 

Jim has earned the CCIM designation, completed the University of Washington Certificate Program in Commercial Real Estate, and sits on the Board of Directors of SEBCO, Inc., a privately held company that owns a number of industrial properties.
